Ramos Gin Fizz recipes

  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (same amount of syrup as citrus juices)
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
  • Few drops of orange flower water
  • Few drops of vanilla extract

  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cream
  • egg white
  • dash orange flower water
