Please add article links to the appropriate categories and in alphabetical order. This template is intended to list links to Wikipedia articles dealing with various forms and aspects of contemporary relationships. The idea is for readers to quickly find information about their own current relationships. Articles listed in the template should fall into the following categories:

  • types of close relationships (e.g., friendship, family, marriage);
  • forms of marriage (e.g., monogamy, polygamy, polyandry, polygyny);
  • alternative forms of close relationships (e.g., polyamory, swinging, open marriage);
  • positive aspects of close relationships (e.g., attachment, bonding, love, sexuality);
  • negative aspects of close relationships (e.g., domestic violence, jealousy, infidelity); and
  • endings of close relationships (e.g., separation, divorce, widowhood).

Usage

  • This template includes {{collapsible list}}s. By default, all lists are collapsed.
    To show all lists expanded, use {{Close relationships |expanded=all}}
    (or, if enabled, {{Close relationships |all}}, i.e. without the "expanded=").
    To show one particular list expanded while the others remain collapsed,
    use {{Close relationships |expanded=listname}} (or, if enabled, {{Close relationships |listname}} )
    where listname is one of the following:
    Types, Activities, Endings, Emotions, Practices, Abuse
    (do not include the quotes).
    For example, {{Close relationships |expanded=Practices}}
    (or, if enabled, {{Close relationships |Practices}} ).
