Princess Louise Charlotte of Denmark (30 October 1789 – 28 March 1864) was a princess of Denmark.

She was born in Christiansborg Palace to Hereditary Prince Frederick of Denmark and Norway and Sophia Frederica of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1758–1794), Princess and Duchess of Mecklenburg-Schwerin.

On 10 November 1810 in Amalienborg Palace she married Wilhelm, Landgrave of Hesse-Kassel. They were parents to:

She was described as practical and economic, with some interest for art and poetry, and held a strict economic control over her court. On 18 July 1851, she and her son renounced their claim to the Danish throne to her daughter, who in turn renounced it to her spouse.

Louise Charlotte is the matrilineal great-grandmother of Nicholas II of Russia, William IV, Grand Duke of Luxembourg and George V.

She died in Christiansborg Palace.
