The Greenwich Council of the Boy Scouts of America was founded in 1912. Its headquarters resides at 63 Mason Street in Greenwich, Connecticut. It owns and operates the Ernest Thompson Seton Scout Reservation, a 249-acre (1.01 km2) camp located off 363 Riversville Road in Greenwich. Achewon Netopalis No. 427 is its Order of the Arrow lodge.

The council serves the following communities: Bellehaven, Connecticut, Byram, Connecticut, Cos Cob, Connecticut, East Portchester, CT, Glenville, CT, Greenwich, Connecticut, Mianus, Connecticut, Old Greenwich, Connecticut, Pemberwick, Connecticut, Riverside, Connecticut and Rockridge, Connecticut.
Achewon Netopalis Lodge
Achewon Netopalis Lodge is the Order of the Arrow lodge for the Greenwich Council. The lodge's name translates to "Spiritual Warrior" in the Algonquian language. The lodge totem is a green witch. Founded in 1949, it is still in existence. In 1977, the lodge received the E. Urner Goodman Award for its effectiveness in promoting and increasing Scout camping in its council.
