The Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions (FORU) is the regional governing body for rugby in Oceania. It presently encompasses 12 full member unions and 2 associate territorial committees and 1 associated union. FORU overseas the Pacific Rugby Cup, the Pacific Nations Cup and the FORU Oceania Cup.
